Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
Dr. Vale is a psychiatrist in private practice in Hanover, New Hampshire. She is trained in child and adolescent psychiatry in addition to adult psychiatry, and she brings an understanding of child development to her work with adults of all ages. At present, she treats adults only, as a therapist and a prescriber.
Psychotherapy needs and medications are addressed together in the same visit. This combined treatment addresses many types of emotional difficulties, including work and relationship problems, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, internal conflicts and inhibitions.
Office Setting
The office is attached to a private residence alongside the Connecticut River, 8 miles outside of downtown Hanover and Dartmouth College.
